CAHMA runs a Community Centre in Belconnen, where people can drop-in without an appointment between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. You can come in, relax and enjoy a free cup of tea or coffee in our friendly and safe drop-in space or just have a yarn with our friendly staff.
The idea of the drop-in Centre is that the community owns the space, and you can come in and feel comfortable just being yourself. When you are ready to engage with CAHMA and The Connection staff, we can talk you through what services and support we offer. Take your time and get to know and trust us and when you are ready, so are we.
