Peer Treatment Support

We believe that our community are not cases to manage, but rather, peers who need support. CAHMA Peer Treatment Support (PTS) workers are peers who are skilled in complex case management. PTS workers will work to support your long-term health and wellbeing by walking with you, through your journey. PTS workers can help with your specific issues around drug and alcohol as well as general health, wellbeing and social support. We work to meet your individual goals and needs through person centered approaches. PTS workers are here to provide:
